A Modern Hijabi: Jolly Chic- Plaid Midi Dress

I'm wearing the Jolly Chic Plaid Midi Dress in these photos, and I love how this is the perfect clothing item for fall. Actually, its a great transition piece, which is why I will be creating different looks with it showing how you can wear it throughout the season.

This dress features hidden buttons down the front of the top, and has two large panels that you wrap around and tie in the back. Its great that it can be dressed up or down, depending on how you want to wear it. The fabric it thin (but sturdy) so its great for warmer climates. This will be perfect for creating fall looks without having on thick layers (since its still warm here in the fall).

Keeping with the black and red look, I paired this dress with a black bow turban and a black purse, and added red heels and a red lip. This look has a very retro feel to it, which I absolutely love!
